We celebrated our Annual Sports Meet on 7th December,2019 at the JAIHIND INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL,HONGASANDRA. AMOOLYA, FOOT BALL PLAYER was the Chief Guest. Sports are one of the most happening thrills of life. Sports are something that teaches a human many qualities like dedication, and leadership, discipline etc. It’s a well known fact that any form of Physical exercise is good not only for one’s body but their spirit as well. With this objective school has organized sports meet. The glittering opening ceremony commenced with the hoisting of National flag by our chief guest Mrs.AMOOLYA VENKATESH and our Honourable Principal Mr. JEYAGANESH SUBBURAYULU and Mrs. MARY GOMEZ.

NAVRATHRI FESTIVAL CELEBRATION

2019-20

Navaratri called Durga Puja, in Hinduism, major festival held in honour of the divine feminine. Navratri occurs over 9 days during the month of Ashvin, or Ashvina (in the Gregorian calendar, usually September–October). It often ends with the Dussehra (also called Vijayadashami) celebration on the 10th day. In some parts of India, Dussehra is considered a focal point of the festival, making it effectively span 10 days instead of 9. Additionally, as Navratri depends on the lunar calendar, in some years it may be celebrated for 8 days, with Dussehra on the 9th.

Srikrishna Janmastami is a Hindu festival, is celebrated to commemorate the birth of Lord Krishna. Janmashtami, or more popularly known as Krishna Janmashtami is the birthday of Lord Krishna which is celebrated with great fervor and zeal in India during the monsoon month. If we go by the Hindu calendar, this important day falls on the Ashtami or eighth day of the Krishna Paksh or dark fortnight of Bhadon month. No one actually knows when this festival originated! May be a thousand years back this festival found its foothold in our culture. One would actually come across various legendary stories and myths encircling the birth of Janmashtami.

MISSILE LAUNCHING WORKSHOP 2019-20

We are glad to appreciate Raven Aerial Technologies for conducting Missile Launching Workshop to our school students.The program was really Scientific and thoughtful.Students enjoyed learning by doing.It is a wonderful moment for both students and teachers.The program started with theory and trainers explained the concepts very clearly. The Workshop truly allows the students to pursue their dreams and is always there for students.This workshop initiates the students to explore their innovations. The Respected Principal Dr.JeyaGanesh Subburayulu, Coordinator of this program Mrs. DeepaRani and trainers Mr.Ganesan and Mohammed Sadham are very enthusiastic and dynamic helped students to learn the concept and motivated to become a scientist in future.It was well organized and the team spirit to reach the goal was good. Overall performance is Excellent.

HINDI DIWAS CELEBRATION 2019-20


Hindi Divas is celebrated on 14 September, to commemorate the adoption of Hindi written in Devanagari script as one of the two official languages of the Republic of India by Constituent Assembly of India. To this end, several people rallied and lobbied pan-India in favor of Hindi, Beohar Rajendra Simha along with Hazari Prasad Dwivedi,Kaka Kalelkar,Maithili Sharan Gupt and Seth Govind Das . As such, on the 50th birthday of Beohar Rajendra Simha on 14 September 1949, the efforts came to fruition following adoption of Hindi as an official language.

JAWAHARLAL NEHRU PLANETARIUM

Jaihind primary school children are visited to Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium for the academic year 2019-20.The main theme of this trip is to learn about planets in the solar system and this was established in the year 1989. The Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium in Bangalore is one of the five planetariums in India, all of which have been named after the country’s first prime minister. The Bangalore Planetarium is administered by the Bangalore Association for Science Education (BASE), which has dedicated itself to popularizing scientific subjects among the public, especially children.

MOCK PARLIAMENT 2019-20


The students of our students from grade 7 to grade 10 conducted a mock parliament. A mock parliament is a simulation of the parliamentary proceedings of a legislature or other deliberative assembly, often based upon the Westminster Parliamentary system. A mock Parliaments are usually held as an educational tool to promote understanding of the working of government .

Talk on Wild Life and Environment Awareness Program for school children or other institutions.With regard to the upcoming Wild Life week starting from October 3 we present an awareness program for high school on Wild Life,habitat conservation and prevailing threats through photographs,stories and video presentation.The intention is to create a pool of environment conscious and harmless children of the future.
